My 14-year old Toyota needed several things replaced and repaired. These guys guys did an excellent job at a great price! Had a dialogue with the owner throughout. Highly recommend.

The biggest crook around . Got a rebuilt alternator and left with a flat tire. I had a 3 month old battery from Costco. He said no warranty on the $650 rebuilt alternator unless I got a new battery, I went to Costco and paid $ 35 dollars for a new battery under Warranty which did not need to be replaced just so he would warranty the alternator. He wanted to charge me $ 175.00 for the same battery. He said he was $200.00 dollars cheaper than Arlington Toyota on the alternator because he was a friend of the Parts Manager. I went to Arlington Toyota and saw the parts department it was in stock for $400.00 Japanese Specialists were $250.00 dollars higher than Arlington Toyota. Advance Auto had the exact same alternator for $225.00. I spent $975.00 for an alternator installed by Japanese Auto Specialist. He has no conscious for proper business practices.

I've owned many vehicles and have worked with a lot of repair shops over the years, and it's rare to find one that inspires complete confidence. From the moment I brought my Honda to David's shop, I could tell that he, Thomas, and Co genuinely know Japanese vehicles and take pride in their work. What stood out most was their honesty and attention to detail. They took the time to explain what they found, answered my questions without talking down to me, and never tried to sell me repairs I didn't need. It's refreshing to find a shop that values long-term relationships over quick profits. The quality of the work is excellent, and every vehicle I've taken there has been returned exactly when promised. Each one drove noticeably better afterward, and I left feeling confident that the repairs had been done correctly. Good communication, fair pricing, and skilled technicians are getting harder to find these days, which makes experiences like this stand out even more. If you own a Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Mazda, or any other Japanese vehicle, this is the kind of shop you hope to find. They've earned my trust, and they'll be the first place I call the next time one of my vehicl

Might have used to be a good business, absolute trash now. He held my car for two and a half days, promised a quote after lunch of the first day. Never got it. He refuses to talk to you. He will only text and it might not even be him. So I'm trying to get my quote so he can begin working on my car but he says he's having issues with my email and when I asked him if he tried the second email I gave him he told me to come pick up my car. He is incredibly unprofessional and will wasted time all before blaming it on you. 0/10 recommend.

Honestly its a great place to get your JDM car worked on. I had an issue with my 350Z and they took care of it. Rather quickly I might add, and it wasn't too expensive. I definitely recommend this place if you own a Japanese car and need any work done. Only issue i had was how far I had to go to get there from where I'm located. Other than that fantastic service and fantastic crew.
